Highly recommend Premier View! Meeting Tim for the first time to talk about what we needed to do to regrade the yard on all 4 sides of our house, we could tell he looked at the job as if it was his own house. He took time to explain what needed to be done, gave suggestions, and answered any concerns. He had new dirt brought from Hoerr Nursery which is on north side of Peoria clear over to Bloomington because he wanted quality dirt to be put on yard before seeding it. When we mentioned that our front sidewalk wasn’t level, he offered to take out the concrete and put down a stone walkway. Glad we did that too! Tim and his crew accomplished all of this in 3 days! Plus Tim is planning to come back in spring and check to see how the grass is growing and if he needs to do any additional seeding - above and beyond what most businesses would do! If we were to rate the quality of detail to the work performed and how happy we are with the end result, there wouldn’t be enough stars to give Premier View and Tim! Thank you Tim, Jerome, and Ron!
